Please note: We offer one free headshot every academic calendar year. If you decide to have more than one headshot taken during that same year, there will be a $20 fee for each additional sitting.
You're the featured speaker at a conference and the organizers want a photo. You need a photo for the dust cover of your new book. Maybe you just want to update your AIM profile. You need a new headshot and we're here to help.
UW-P wants you to have a current photo on file so we'll take it for free. We have a standard UW-P look and a studio session normally takes about 10 minutes. We'll take approximately15 to 25 head and shoulder portrait shots and email you the proofs so you can pick the one you prefer. Once selected, your photo will be given our standard "touch up" and we'll send you 5x7 print resolution and web resolution files for you to use. Your images are also kept on file and will be available to the AIM server when you check the "show my photo" box.
All we ask that you fill in the information so we have the proper details to add to the metadata in the photo file. Please fill out one order form per person. We have time open on Wednesdays from 10am-2:00pm, for headshots and testimonial photos. Please schedule during these times. If you are unable to make one of those times, please contact Alyssa Nepper at neppera@uwp.edu or x2286 to schedule a time.
Headshots for large groups will require a meeting to discuss details.
